Yes. If your plans change, you can request to reschedule or cancel your booking before your scheduled session. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy or contact our team for assistance.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled booking. This gives you enough time to settle in and ensures your session starts on time.
